This membership includes up to three youth group sessions per week - Mon/Wed/Fri, 4-5PM. These youth-aged athletes (10+) will learn the fundamentals of weightlifting in a safe and fun environment that develops long-term athleticism and injury prevention.

 

Whether you are looking to improve sport performance or participate in local, national, and international weightlifting competitions, athletes will learn and develop:

  • Proper technique

  • Strength and power

  • Body awareness

  • Speed and agility

  • Self-confidence
