INTRO TO WEIGHTLIFTING 6-WEEK COURSE
This is a six week course that meets two times per week and teaches the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. We recommend this class if you are new to weightlifting or would like to improve your technical proficiency in the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplementary lifts. Class sizes are limited. Improve overall technical proficiency in the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplementary lifts through private one-on-one lessons. Each lesson is 75 minutes long and can be tailored to the individual to target specific weaknesses. After you purchase a lesson package, click on the "Reserve Appointment" button below to schedule the lesson with a coach.
Drop-in during team training hours. We offer daily and weekly passes.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Includes the following:
Club programming, train as many days as needed.
Coaching during small group training hours.
Access to TrueCoach programming and tracking software.
Memberships include a meeting with your coach every 6 months to reassess goals, progress, programming, etc.
Competition coaching (if applicable).
All athletes must first be evaluated to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch & clean & jerk.
2x per week or unlimited options available.
