TEAM TRAINING (TEMPORARILY VIRTUAL)
Includes the following:
Team programming, train as many days as needed.
Virtual coaching during team training hours
Access to Teambuildr programming and tracking software.
Unlimited memberships include a meeting with your coach every 6 months to reassess goals, progress, programming, etc.
Competition coaching (if applicable).
All athletes must first be evaluated to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the snatch & clean & jerk.

INTRO TO WEIGHTLIFTING 6-WEEK COURSE
This is a six week course that meets two times per week and teaches the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. We recommend this class if you are new to weightlifting or would like to improve your technical proficiency in the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplementary lifts. Class sizes are limited. ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS (TEMPORARILY VIRTUAL)
Improve overall technical proficiency in the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplementary lifts through private one-on-one virtual lessons. Each lesson is 75 minutes long and can be tailored to the individual to target specific weaknesses. After you purchase a lesson package, click on the "Reserve Appointment" button below to schedule the lesson with a coach.
DROP-IN (TEMPORARILY VIRTUAL)
Drop-in during virtual team training hours. We offer daily and weekly passes.
