MEMBERSHIPS
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training is for athletes with experience performing the Olympic lifts who want to get stronger and improve overall technical proficiency in the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplementary lifts. You will receive programming (various options available depending on skill/commitment level) and coaching during Small Group Training hours. All Small Group Training memberships come with unlimited access to Open Gym. All athletes must first be evaluated to confirm a requisite level of technical proficiency in the Olympic lifts.
WEIGHTLIFTING FUNDAMENTALS
If you are new to weightlifting, this option is for you! We will teach you the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting through 3 private sessions followed by 1 month of Unlimited Small Group Training. After signing-up, click on "Reserve Appointment" to schedule the three 1-on-1's with a coach.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Improve overall technical proficiency in the snatch, clean & jerk, and supplementary lifts through private one-on-one lessons. Each lesson is 60 minutes long and can be tailored to the individual to target specific weaknesses. After you purchase a lesson package/membership, click on the "Reserve Appointment" button below to schedule the lesson with a coach. Format is either 1-on-1 or bring a friend for 2-on-1!
REMOTE OPTIONS
These options are for athletes anywhere in the world with access to a Olympic Weightlifting equipment. You must possess a requisite level of technical proficiency in the Olympic lifts.
OPEN GYM
This membership is for unlimited access to the facility and equipment during open gym hours. Basic 5-day per week programming provided. You must have a requisite level of technical proficiency in the Olympic lifts to join.
