NUTRITION/LIFESTYLE KICKSTARTER

NEXT KICKSTARTER RUNS JULY 17TH THROUGH AUGUST 28TH, 2021

 

This nutrition/lifestyle kickstarter is designed for for athletes who want to improve and build upon their nutrition and lifestyle habits to optimize health and performance while achieving their ideal body composition.

 

Here’s what you get:

  • Two InBody (Body Composition) Scans (One initial scan and one at the conclusion of the 6-week kickstarter)

  • Initial intake to assess current goals and current nutrition intake and history

  • Initial macro-based nutrition plan tailored to your goals

  • Ongoing weekly check-ins to assess progress, give feedback and suggestions on what is working and how to improve for the upcoming weeks

  • 3 zoom mini-courses covering nutrition basics and building health-related habits

 

Prizes will be awarded to top performers (exact number of prizes, max 3, to be determined based on sign-ups). The top performers will be determined by the following:

 

Scoring:

  • 34% for InBody Body Composition Changes (greatest sum of positive change in lean body mass and fat mass)

  • 33% for daily tasks completed (see daily tasks below)

  • 33% for mini-course (3) and programmed training attendance

 

Daily Tasks:

  • Sleep: 7 hours

  • Water: 64 oz

  • Steps: 10,000

  • Meditation and/or reading: 10 minutes

 

Prizes Include:

  • 1 month Unlimited Small Group Training membership

  • 1 month FitAid/BuiltBars (limited to 1 per attendance/day)

  • 3 months InBody scans

 

In addition, all members who participate in the kickstarter will be grandfathered in at a special rate to continue with ongoing nutrition coaching after the initial 6-weeks.

NUTRITION COACHING

This program is for the athlete who wants to improve and build upon their fitness and health habits using a flexible and science-based approach to optimize strength/sports performance.  

  • Initial intake to assess current goals and current nutrition intake and history

  • Customized plan for your individual calorie and macronutrient needs and goals

  • Weekly check-ins to assess progress, give feedback and suggestions on what is working and how to improve for the upcoming weeks (response within 24 hours)

  • Ongoing data collection via personalized app to assess progress

  • Modifications made as needed

What is the InBody Test?
