This program is for the athlete who wants to improve and build upon their fitness and health habits using a flexible and science-based approach to optimize strength/sports performance.  

  • Initial intake to assess current goals and current nutrition intake and history

  • Customized plan for your individual calorie and macronutrient needs and goals

  • Weekly check-ins to assess progress, give feedback and suggestions on what is working and how to improve for the upcoming weeks (response within 24 hours)

  • Ongoing data collection via personalized app to assess progress

  • Modifications made as needed

BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
