4 Week Summer Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

About the Event
Middle and high school athletes of all levels are welcome. Programming will be adjusted for each individual athlete's sport and fitness level.
Ages 11-13 meets two times per week: Friday from 5-6pm & Sunday from 9-10am
Ages 14-18 meets three times per week: Tuesday & Friday from 4-5pm & Sunday from 10-11am
